Occidental At Xcaret Destination Hotel Playa del Carmen, Playa del Carmen

On our last night, we decided to dine at the seafood a la carte restaurant, and I was blown away. The food was delicious, and our server Guadalape was excellent. He made sure our food and drinks came out quickly, paying attention to our needs throughout the meal. It was definitely a highlight of our stay!

The pools were great! They were well-maintained and clean. I especially loved the adult pool, which had a relaxing vibe. Even though the water was warm, soaking in the serene environment with a drink in hand made the experience enjoyable. It was the perfect place to unwind.

The room we had was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job daily, providing fresh towels and sheets every time we returned from the pool. It really contributed to a relaxing atmosphere, and we always felt refreshed after a quiet night of sleep.

The club at the resort was a blast! The DJ played great music, and the atmosphere was vibrant. We had a ton of fun dancing and enjoying the lively environment. It was a perfect way to spend our evening after a day at the pool.
